M J has estimated a wide range of projects from academic and research projects with construction costs upwards of $250,000,000 to small scale municipal and residential projects. As a registered architect with over 30 years career spent estimating, M J brings an insight into the design process that strongly supports our estimating efforts from conceptual through design to construction administration. With the support of a strong team of specialized estimators, MJ can clearly grasp the construction cost implications of projects ranging from complex master plans and conceptual designs to the most convoluted of change orders. MJ’s construction cost estimating experience includes all stages of design and construction and includes change order, punch-list, and forensic evaluations.
In addition to supporting our architectural clients during the traditional Design/Bid/Build process, Talevi and Haesche, LLC routinely supports the CM process by performing estimating efforts in parallel with contractors and construction managers.
Talevi and Haesche, LLC’s primary goal is to communicate construction cost information in a clear and concise manner in an effort to support the design decision making process.
